Smudging This ancient Native American tradition uses the smoke of dried sage to cleanse any the stuck, stagnant, or negative energy in a space. It is a beautiful ritual that blesses (non-religious) the space with positive energy and renews and invigorates those who dwell or work in any space. Smudging is a powerful way to create a harmonious and peaceful atmosphere and a wonderful way to symbolically say goodbye to the old and hello to the new. This cleansing ritual is valuable for both individuals and businesses and has been used to rid any negative energy after illnesses, deaths, divorces, break-ups, downsizing, financial difficulty, etc. as a way to cleanse the space so that your positive intention is set for you and your environment.
