Extensive Residential Consultation

Description:
Consists of meeting with you at your home so that we can experience the space. Since each environment has a unique energy we like to have a first hand experience of the space which we find enriches the consultation process. By visiting your home, we are able to use all "six" senses to distinguish where we feel or notice any problems that may need to be addressed. During our visit we will also walk you through what aspects are included in the consultation, presenting you with detailed questionnaires to fill out, and taking digital photos to work from.

• Most complete and thorough evaluation of a space based on a completely holistic approach combining all of the sciences and arts of feng shui into one detailed analysis
• Ability to provide cures and recommendations based on your needs and desires

Included in:

• Person-to-person meeting and discussion of your needs and desires for the space
• A series of questionnaires so that we may learn about you and your space in greater detail
• A complete evaluation of our recommendations in a beautifully designed presentation for you to keep and reference as needed
• Detailed analysis of the 12 Essentials which create the Feng Shui Tao consultation including: the five elements, yin/yang, Tao, chi, Ba-gua, color, aromatherapy, de-cluttering, cleansing rituals, spiritual centers, emf’s, lighting, and an elements test

Rate: $500 which includes 1 room/area. $100 for each additional room/area.

Description:
This option is geared toward those who would rather focus on one specific room or area within their home. It is most beneficial for those who know of specific feng shui problems that they feel need to addressed, or if there is a room or area that needs particular help.

Benefits:
This is a cost effective way of bringing feng shui into your life. It is ideal, of course, to have the entire home assessed to create consistency and flow, but this is often the next best alternative.

Included in:

• Evaluation and identification of specific problems
• Focus on a single room or area that you feel needs addressing
• Verbal walk through of the recommendations
• Printed brief summary of those recommendations for reference when needed

Rate: $100 per hour (1 hour minimum)

Description:
Since it is not always possible to meet with clients due to time or distance, we offer clients an alternate method of enjoying the benefits of feng shui through correspondence. It requires that we receive: a floor plan (either a copy of a blueprint or one that is drawn to scale), a compass showing the direction of the home or the room, photographs of the entire space(inside, outside, and each room from each of the four compass direction). In addition, you will be mailed questionnaires to fill out so that we can get a better understanding of your needs. This is an excellent option for those individuals outside the tri-state area who would like to make feng shui apart of their home environment. Through the digital photographs and questionnaires we are able to evaluate your space in great detail.

Benefits:

• Includes the same benefits as an extensive and walk-through consultation but without the ability to get a true "sensual" experience of the space

Included in Extentsive Correspondence:

• A series of questionnaires so that we may learn about you and your space in greater detail
• A complete evaluation of our recommendations in a beautifully designed presentation for you to keep and reference as needed
• Detailed analysis of the 12 Essentials which create the Feng Shui Tao consultation including: the five elements, yin/yang, Tao, chi, Ba-gua, color, aromatherapy, de-cluttering, cleansing rituals, spiritual centers, emf’s, lighting, and an elements test

Included in Via Phone Walk-Through:

• Over the phone evaluation and identification of specific problems

Rate:
Extensive Correspondence - $250 which includes 1 room/area. $100 for each additional room/area
Via Phone Walk-Through Correspondence - $100 per hour (1 hour minimum)

Cancellation Fees
If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, there will be a $50 cancellation fee that can be applied to future consultations.

Payment
Payments will be accepted in the form of cash, check, or credit card. A 50% deposit is required at upon initial meeting with remaining balance due upon delivery of final consultation. There will be a returned check fee of $30.
