For those who are going to be renting or buying a home, our services can be used to help you identify which apartment or home will be the best for you based on the positive and negative feng shui attributes.

• If you choose this to be done through a correspondence consultation, written recommendations will be provided

Rate: $100 per hour (1 hour minimum)

Using the principles of feng shui we will recommend any necessary changes within and around your property to help create an atmosphere that is most appealing to a potential buyer, and will also identify for you areas of strength that should be used as selling points for the property.

• Creating an atmosphere that is appealing to those considering your home as a purchase
• Having the appeal of a home based around feng shui is added incentive for the buyer
• Potential buyers will be influneced by the curb appeal of having had your home feng shui-ed

Included in:

• Detailed recommendations on lanscaping, furniture placement, flowers, clutter, scent, etc. within and around your home to create an atmosphere that is most appealing to a potential buyer
• We will provide you with a written analysis of the changes that need to be made for you to increase your selling power

Rate: $100 per hour (1 hour minimum)

Cancellation Fees
If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, there will be a $50 cancellation fee that can be applied to future consultations.

Payment
Payments will be accepted in the form of cash, check, or credit card. A 50% deposit is required at upon initial meeting with remaining balance due upon delivery of final consultation. There will be a returned check fee of $30.
