Working with your architect or one of our own, we will provide information
into the designing process according to the principles of feng shui for
your residential project.

home. At this early stage of development feng shui will be apart of the
foundation of the home ensuring balance, flow, and positive energy. It
will also add “curb appeal” resulting in greater prosperity
to you, the owner when you decide to sell. Other benefits include:

- The ability for you, the homeowner, to voice your concerns and design

Incorporating feng shui into the construction of your home or the re-architecting
of a space ensures a well thought out strategic approach, from the foundation
to the ceiling, that incorporates your objectives and provides remedies
for areas that could become cause for concern later on.

- Working directly with an architect to convey that the design meets
the feng shui requirements
- A summary of recommendations and explanations
Rate: $100 per hour (1 hour minimum &
project fees are also available depending on size and scope)
Building and Developing
Description:
We will survey the land(s) where you, the potential homeowners are going
to build your residential property. We can also work directly with developers
who are seeking land assessments prior to planning the building of a residential
community.
Benefits:
This ensures that your home will be built with feng shui’s positive
energy being the focus.
- Ensuring the free flow of chi (energy) in and around the structure(s)
- Enhances return-on-investment (ROI) potential
- Identifies and eliminates potential problem areas from the onset
Included in:
- Survey of the land according to the principles of feng shui
- Optional - Blessing of the land so that any residual or negative
energy is removed so
that you and your business can flourish there
Rate: $100 per hour (1 hour minimum &
project fees are also available depending on size and scope)
Interior Designing/Decorating
Description:
Feng shui is amazing when combined with the work of a seasoned
and professional interior designer or decorator. We can either work with
your interior designer or can recommend you to one from within our exclusive
network of professionals. We incorporate interior design rules and principles
in our basic consultations, but also offer the added service of working
closely with a design professional to ensure that the materials and items
that are selected are as they should be.
Benefits:
Combining feng shui and interior design/decorating you will be developing
a space that is holistically optimized. People who live in this space
will feel the results manifest and you will experience:
- Increased flow of chi (energy) in the space
- An holistic feeling in your space
- A sense of balance and harmony by using the principles of feng shui

- An environment that is deeply satisfying to you both visually and

- We will work with the designer to ensure that the needed colors, textures,

Cancellation Fees
If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the
scheduled time, there will be a $50 cancellation fee that can be applied
to future consultations.
Payment
Payments will be accepted in the form of cash, check, or credit
card. A 50% deposit is required at upon initial meeting with remaining
balance due upon delivery of final consultation. There will be a returned
check fee of $30.
