Description:
In placing your business property on the market to sell, it is important
to be aware of all of the aspects that make this process, flow better,
and more lucrative for you as the seller. Using the principles of feng
shui we will recommend any necessary changes within and around your property
to help create an atmosphere that is most appealing to a potential buyer,
and will also identify for you areas of strength that should be used as
selling points for the property.

- Recommendations will be made in order to create an atmosphere that

Cancellation Fees
If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the
scheduled time, there will be a $50 cancellation fee that can be applied
to future consultations.
Payment
Payments will be accepted in the form of cash, check, or credit
card. A 50% deposit is required at upon initial meeting with remaining
balance due upon delivery of final consultation. There will be a returned
check fee of $30.
